RS2 Youth Group 
 
An original name, we know, but...
 
The youth group is a church-run group for school Year 7 and above. We meet every week to play games, eat loads of biscuits and look at how the bible relates to our lives.
 
We also raise money for charity, do work for Fairtrade and go on trips to the cinema, bowling and out for a pizza (have a look at the photos to the right!).
 
We aim to find out more about ourselves, our role within the world and the plans God has for us.

Leaders:
Rebecca Bailey
 
Youth: Likes watching hollyoaks, ice skating and eating chocolate. Is very good at ignoring the washing up in the kitchen until she runs out of mugs. Fancies Jason Orange from Take That (I know, it's very worrying!).
 
Adult: Has over 12 years experience with youthwork and has been programme director of 2 christian summer camps. Has red cross CPR and first aid certificate. Has completed the 'what every voluntary youthworker should know' course run by Chichester Diocese.
 
 
Simon Bailey
 
Youth: Likes playing guitar and listening to music...lots. Likes nothing better than a cold glass of fanta fruit twist (the E numbers make my hair tickle) and watching the Simpsons. And I have a BEARD!
 
Adult: Has been an assitant youth group leader for 6 years and since last year has been leading full sessions. Has 7 years leading experience with the Midhurst Deanery Youth Pilgriamge programme, where we take 40 of the surrounding parishes' youths on a week long hike.
